We work around the clock to get your orders ready.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (IST) – Indian Standard Time.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days.

  • Operating Days: We process orders Monday to Sunday. Even if you order on a weekend, our team is working to get your parcel ready.

  • Festive Note: During major sales or festive seasons (e.g., Diwali, Independence Day), please allow an additional 24–48 hours for processing due to high order volumes.

3. Transit Time & Delivery

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days.

7. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by the courier, we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
